Programme 2021
Contemporary Immersion Programme 2021 is primarily designed as an experience for students to reflect on the possibility of choosing dance as a professional career. For those whose hearts are stirred by their passion for dance, this will be a prized opportunity to experience the work processes that a professional dancer engages in. For those who are simply curious about the life of a professional dancer, this might be a one-in-a-lifetime exposure to the professional dance community. As the Contemporary Faculty of Dancepointe Academy, dACADEMY hopes to bring this wonderful opportunity for our dancers to immerse and experience how a professional dancer’s life could be through this Contemporary Immersion Programme.
Contemporary Immersion Programme 2021
We have designed a suitable and holistic programme that includes:

Choreographic workshops that build towards a final showcase

Talks by guest speakers who are specialists in fields related to dance, e.g., dance injury prevention talk, etc.

**It is recommended that you are at Intermediate/Advanced level of experience in contemporary dance or minimum 4 years of dance experience as classes are of higher level to challenge students both mentally and physically.
